I am currently working in NPrinting to create a word report. I have my connection's metadata updated and I am trying to bring in a Pivot Table as an image into my word report. I am able to retrieve the report form the source and it is listed as an available image to bring into the word doc, HOWEVER, when I go to drag it into the report it doesn't go!
I am in NPrinting version 18.9.5.
Are there any work arounds for this?
Note** I am able to bring an image of the chart into an older report. The only difference between the two is the current one includes a template.
First of all, I suggest you to upgrade to latest version (June 2019) and test with it to be sure you are not experiencing a solved bug.
Second, please post a screenshot or something else that could help me to understand the issue because it is not completely clear and I'm not able to reproduce.
