Cache in filter NPrinting

Hi community,

I need your help.

I can´t create fields in a filter, because show a error message that say "Must generate the cache for the connection", but the cache is generated. Version 17.3.0.0

The connection is for SADESC App

What happen? Why can´t create fields?

Do you get any data in your app with-out using filters? Or do you always get the message that you first need to create cache file?

Was there ever a solution to this issue....I am having the same problem now.  My cache generates no problem, my filters, reports and tasks were working before.  I went to make a change and am getting this error when I try to modify the filters now.  Any help would be appreciated
