Can Qlik Sense and Nprintin be integrated into Azure or AWS?

I need to migrate Qlik Sense and Nprinting to one of the clouds, be it Azure or AWS, locally they are under the same domain through an active directory.

Is it possible to integrate qlik sense and nprinting in the cloud?

Yes they can as long as you can replicate/create them in the same domain in cloud.
They cannot be standalone machines. They need to be able talk to each other using using users which can authenticate using NTLM standard windows authentication with SSO.
The requirement here is clear. Both servers need to belong to the same domain and service accounts running Nprinting needs to belong to the same domain too.
https://help.com has all details about planning deployment so you need to go through documentation and ensure you can meet each and every one of the requirements written there.

Can we do a lift and shift migration for all of our QLIK / NPRINT servers from on-prem to the Azure cloud?  Or do we have to build brand new VMs and reinstall everything?

I would say you can do lift/shift as long as you maintain everything else with such shift such as computer/hostname and domain settings (domain users / access to AD).
