Cannot preview in Qlik Nprinting Designer

Hi, All,

 

I click “Edit template" in Nprinting, and the window of Designer pop-out. All I do is add an image into html, I click "Preview" but it keeps processing without any responding.

@Cassie_L so you are attempting to run a preview, does it ever give an error or anything eventually?

Is this an HTML report sounds like?  Can you share a couple of screenshots showing the issue?
