Hi everyone,
I'm trying to connect to NPrinting from Sense using these instructions https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-create-NPrinting-GET-and-POST-REST-co... and I have a different result if I use Sense Web /on premise) or if I use Sense Desktop (connected to the same instance as the Web, version 14.159.4). While the Desktop connects fine, the Web connection fails, leaving me to check the parameters.
Do you have any ideas about this?
Once I recover the login, how can I download the log file (audit/logs)?
Sorry for the questions that may seem trivial, but I'm not very good at these activities.

while with the Desktop version it tells me "connection succesfully", with the web version it simply tells me "unable to establish connection"

What do you mean with "web version", Qlik Sense Enterprise On Windows. Or Qlik Cloud ?
