Cannot publish to Sense Hub. ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (409) Conflict.

I am getting this error in nprinting task after the upgrade to april-18 version (both nprinting and qlik sense):

Cannot publish to Sense Hub. ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (409) Conflict.

previously, I had this task without errors

I have the 'Destination' menu with the central node address filled. And I also have all my users with domain\login format

Any clue?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Check that your installation met the requirements https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/April2018/Content/AdministeringQVNprinting/Hub-destination.htm.

Check also that the clocks of the two servers are synchronized and if you changed the "Days to keep" or "Reports to keep" try also to reset them to 1.

If the suggested changes will not work, I think it is a bug.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi,

You could also try to create a copy of the affected publish task and without changing the"Days to keep" or "Reports to keep" values after the task creation. You can set "Days to keep" or "Reports to keep" different than 1 only during the task creation and never change one of them after.

Ruggero
