Chart not available in Nprinting

Dear all,

 

I had created a chart in an app in server then i scheduled the app in QMC and distributed to other server. In Nprinting i had created an app and a connection to the distributed server. In edit template the newly created chart is not available. I am not able figure out the problem .Any solutions would be highly appreciated.

Hi Joshua,

As a first step I would perform a Metadata reload on the NPrinting Connection and then test.
