Connection Errors

We are trying to spin up a QA site connecting to the same production server (wanted to test the newer version of Nprinting).

Here are the errors we are getting

Hi. From official help document which steps have you followed to setup environment and meet all criteria + troubleshoot this error?

Before we can suggest anything we need to know which ones you have already tried since those kind of errors are already documented:

Go through documentation and ensure you have all steps done regarding

  • supported configuration - keep in mind versions of Qlik Sense and NPrinting 
  • ports/firewall
  • certificates
  • service account roles and groups

Once we know what you have tried we will be able to see what else we can suggest

My issue was the both the server and engine account were not assigned the role for rootadmin
