I'm triying to create a QlikSense Connection in NPrinting 17.1, i have the following error mesage
1) I installed the QlikSense certificates and the installation process was sucesfully
2) On the Help Site one of the Requirements of QlikSense connections are "The Qlik NPrinting user who is creating the connection must also have RootAdmin authorization in Qlik Sense"
2.1) How can i make this process.I have the two servers (Qlik NPrinting and Qlik Sense) in the same AD Domain.
2.2) How can i add the AD in Qlik NPriting configuration for login with AD User ?

I added an domain account for the Qlik NPrinting user and this domain account was configured with Root Admin Role in QlikSense Server and the QlikNPrinting connection show this status always
Shut down the firewall
What version OS are you running? 2008?
In the identity use the same user which you have created for Qlik Nprinting.
Identity: [domain name]/[your root admin]

The firewall is down in two servers (QlikSense and NPrinting)

I made all steps before
1) Install the QlikSense certificates in NPrinting Services
2) The QLIK\qlikservices is a root user in QlikSense Server QMC
3) The firewall in all servers is down (AD Server, QlikSense Server and Qlik NPriting Server)
4) The QlikSense server and Qlik NPrinting are included in the Domain and they can see each other on the network and pinging between them

And the nPrinting service? Is that also a RootAdmin? I think it has to be.
and I was looking at the logs and it looks like the RabbitMQ is doing something. Have you checked if that is running properly?
