Cycle Fields not populate in Nprinting 16

Hi All,

I have created a word report.

I am trying to dynamic naming so that it represents each file for each provider.

But for some reason cycle field is not populated.(Please look at the attachement)

Is there something i need to do to get the cycle field populated.
