Dynamic value for Username

Hi All

I'm sure this is possible but having some difficulty in finding a solution.

I have a Qlik Sense app which in this example is showing a list of Salesman names (Firstname, Surname) , and monthly sales values.

I've designed an NPrinting report which I'd now like to distribute via email and be sent to each salesman.
However I need to filter the report so that it only shows data associated with that salesman.
How can I dynamically pass the username in NPrinting when the report is run.  (is that possible?)
Or do I have to handle it in the Qlik Sense app?

Any ideas appreciated

Paul

Hi,

I suggest you to start by reading the Getting Started chapter of the official Qlik NPrinting help site at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/Introduction/Get-started.htm. You need to create a filter for each user and a publish task to deliver the reports. The whole workflow is explained in detail there.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
