Editing temp path

Hello, I need to change the temporary path where NPrinting (May 2021 SR2) generates files, as there are important and confidential files in the path.

As the current path is '%localappdata%\temp', I have tried changing the environment variables of the service user account, but the reports still to be created in the initial path.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Hi,

It is not possible to change that default path. As a general rule only features documented on the help site are supported.

If you are using Qlik Sense connections, please upgrade as soon as possible to May 2022 SR3.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

@Luigi_Teti that version of NPrinting has a known defect with QlikSense connections, so if you using QlikSense please update to SR3.

NPrinting is pretty much hard coded to use the C: drive right now 😞
