Email Not Recieved

Hi all,

i have created a task in Qliksense Nprinting 17.2.3 version

i have created for excel reports through email.    aftre creating the task it is showing

with task id  successfully scheduled execution  it is showing but  users not geting the emails?

i followed below steps provided in link.

Anyone faced the same issue?

NPrinting 17 added Engine in web client remains Offline

no permission to see the published reports. No email will be sent

where can i give the permission?

what might be the issue? any idea?

Ok , *Do you have the valid serve licence for NPrinting ?

*NPrinting server account has the valid QV Desktop licence ?

I think you missing one of the above , check and let me know
