Without seeing your whole HTML code /template it is hard to say what may be wrong.
Few things to remember:
- Only content between <Body> tags is moved to email - you can inspect it once you receive your email from nprinting. Check if you had your styles set in <head> part of html
- You are most likely required to use Inline styling for each tag used in html
- You must verify if styling used by you is supported by email client (outlook, gmail, Iphone mail, iOS Mail etc...) each of them may/may not support some of the styles you use
- Outlook is very buggy in this regard as it seems to use "Ms word engine" to render HTML content
To me this is not NPrinting issue really - it is html formatting for email clients distribution issue.
