Error Nprinting going to view mode

He Guys,

I'm playing around with Nprinting at the moment.

And when I go to preview it takes ages, to load the view.  Even when there is a limited amount of data in the app.

Often I get the following error notification,

Sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after one minute and sometimes I have no problem with going to the preview view.

Everything seems so randomly.

Has any of you experienced this as well and is there a way to solve this?

Please check the connection and regenerate the metadata and  try to create a new report with the same template and see
