I have scheduled a Nprinting report to generate excel report in Sharepoint on weekly basis. For few weeks it was generated in defined location without any issue. However, from past few weeks it started giving attached error.
Please note there is no change made neither in custom path nor in SharePoint location.
Custom path is accessible while checking manually.
Can anybody suggest on this!!!
Network path not found indicates that that either the network path has actually been changed, permissions to the path have been changed, if using user folder and or subfolder as a destination has changed, (or a problem with correct path in the recipient import file) those may have been changed in the NP web console.
If NPrinting has an accurate path to send to and the NP service account has full permission to that path and/or the destination path in your recipient import file is valid, there should be no issue in delivering the report to a correctly specified network location.
I suggest working with your Network and NPrinting admin to check into these possibilities.
Kind regards...
ps: if the NP server, NP service account and the computer where the network path is directed are in different domains, then this too may cause the issue since the NP service account if in a different domain, may not be able to authenticate automatically in the separate domain where the network share is.
