Error while triggering email from N-printing server.

I'm getting error while triggering email from N-printing server, The error is 'SMTP server has unexpectedly disconnected.

N-printing Version details :- Qlik Nprinting February 2019 SR1

Hi,

It is an SMTP server error that Qlik NPrinting intercepts and save on the logs. I suggest you to investigate it on SMTP server logs and be sure you filled all the needs listed in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up-emai.... Often this kind of errors are caused by anti-spam settings of the mail server.
