Excel is not getting exported in Qlik sense using on demand reporting

Hi Team,

We have Qlik sense and Nprinting servers with Apr 2019 release. we are not able to export the excel from On demand reporting .

Attaching the screen shot.

I don't have nprinting license. do i need to have nprinting license to access the On demand reporting from Qlik sense hub

We did not receive the screenshot.

  • Please add that as well as the
  • steps to reproduce the issue
  • snapshots of any other errors experienced related to this concern.
