Failed generation of report & Debugging - NPrinting Nov 2019
Hello Folks,
I've got the good ole' Report Generation failed error. When the report runs at ~7:30, I sometimes get an error. When I run the task manually, it runs fine. I've got this in the logs:
ERROR:
Qlik.Reporting.Engine.Messages.Exceptions.FailureFilterMaterializationException:
Cannot apply filter Filters: [
Fields: [Name: F\Is Last Order Stop, ConnectionId: 8c3ae020-92fb-4d8e-b732-960b59f9ac74, Values: [String:N], Override: False, Void: False, SelectExcluded: False,
Name: F\Stop Commodity Code, ConnectionId: 8c3ae020-92fb-4d8e-b732-960b59f9ac74, Values: [String:BRDSDA], Override: False, Void: False, SelectExcluded: False,
Name: F\Order Origin Point Id, ConnectionId: 8c3ae020-92fb-4d8e-b732-960b59f9ac74, Values: [String:*****], Override: False, Void: False, SelectExcluded: False,
Name: F\Is In Daily BR Period, ConnectionId: 8c3ae020-92fb-4d8e-b732-960b59f9ac74, Values: [Numeric:1], Override: False, Void: False, SelectExcluded: False], Variables: [], Void: False], Bookmark: , Void: False to current document data
Is there a way for me to dig deeper and figure out which filter selection is causing problems? I'd rather the system generate the empty HTML table as it usually does instead of choke.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Justin:
when going to the app in hub are you able to apply all the filters listed in the log or are they creating empty set?
There is nothing indicating which filter is not being applied, but i would suggest trying to find if you have any Dual values. For example Y/N flag like Is Last Order Stop Can be actually 1/0 ?
