Hi all!

I have some practice question.

Case example:

I need to send reports by e-mail.

I have 150 stores with it own e-mail address.

I need to send report to each store with filtering by store name. ( like store1@mail.com, filter - store1...)

How can i do dependency between user name/e-mail in task and filter in report?

Or i need to create 150 tasks manually?

Hi,

Which version of NP you are using? If NP 17 or higher, then you will have to create Import Task with NP native Excel file (the one with 3 sheets: FILTERS/USERS/GROUPS)

Once you are done It will look something like this under Filter Sheet:

Name will be your store e-mail address and Values will be your store names, then you can cycle report on Store Names field.
