GeoAnalytics objects still "loading" in the export file

Hello,

We tried to integrate Map elements into NPrinting. It was impossible to do so with the native Map of QlikSense because it requires internet access and our NPrinting server does not have this access. We tried with a Map element from GeoAnalytics. As we have a dedicated GeoAnalytics server and local maps, internet access should not be a problem. Yet, it is impossible to display the MAP. Whether in preview or after running a publication task, the result remains the same, the object displays the “Loading” icon instead of the map.

Do you know if NPrinting supports GeoAnalytics objects well? Are there any contraindications or compatibility issues?

Installed versions: QlikSense February 2023, NPrinting May 2021 (also tested with a February 2024, same observation), GeoAnalytics May 2022

Thanks

Hello Lech,

Thank you for your response. I had searched for this information but was unable to find it. I had not seen this section. It’s bad news for us … but at least we have our answer. Thanks again.
