How I change the sender email address of NPrinting

Hi everyone,

Greetings!

Can you please tell me ways to change the NPrinting sender email address so that when any report triggers it will be from that newly changed email address. I have tried to change it in settings of NPrinting but did not get success, it tells me email not sent when I click 'send test email' .

It could be a limitation on your SMTP server. Due to security IT might have set limitations  on how to send emails.I would have checked with someone that have access to your  SMTP server settings.

Is the new adress in the same domain? ...@YourDomain.se?

I would still check with someone that knows the configuration of your SMTP.

Hi,

The default email sender is the one configured in the settings https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up-emai...

The sender address can also be customized at Publish Task level https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/Dist...

If you are not able to send the test email I suggest you check the Qlik NPrinting and the SMTP server logs to find a more specific error message or to ask the person that configured your SMTP server in particular anti-spam or anti-relay rules.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
