ohh.. please use only label of version of NPrinting related to your situation. By using 2 labels you are creating a chaos because as for this question the audit log is available from November 2020 version onwards (so my answer does not apply to version Qlik NPrinting February 2020 but it does apply to version Qlik NPrinting May 2022).
This is why it is so important to provide accurate information.
