How to apply Filter in NPrinting September 2019

Hi Team,

I am in between of migration of NPrnting 16 to nPrinting September 2019 version.

In NPrinting 16 i have used filter and add variable and ticked on Calculate option so as per qlikview document variable value it will evaluate and apply the value to report filter.

Same i want to do in NPrinting September 2019 version, but unable to achieve it i have gone through help page as well but didn't get exact steps which i need to do.

Can you please help me out for exact steps which i need to follow.

If you mean "Variable" filter in NPrinting 2019 you must upgrade to Nov. 2019 release of NPrinting to use this newly added gap feature. 

I have also attached the release notes to this update. All new features and gap features within each specific product release are specified in the produce release notes.

If this is not what you mean, please check the points below so we can better understand your question.

When submitting written descriptions, it would be very helpful if you could also included some snapshots.

It is not easy to distinguish exactly what you are speaking about here...for example you state:

This is one long run on sentence that could be clarified by adding a few images to illustrate your point.
