How to save files to a WebDAV folder?

Hello all,

is there any way to save a NPrinting report in a WebDAV folder?
When I specify the path for this folder, I always get the following warning:

Impossible to save report in folder "\path". ERROR: Access to the path "\path" has been denied.

Any idea what the problem could be?
Probably because of the access rights of the server?

Hi,

We don't explicitly support WebDAV https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Folder-dest...

In any case, based on the error message, it seems an authorization issue so be sure that the Windows user that runs the Qlik NPrinting Windows services is authorized to write on that folder.

In addition to Ruggero's comment, please ensure that the NPrinting service user account has full/read/right file and folder security access to the destination folder so it can distribute your reports there.
