Importing users,filters and groups from multiple excels Template in N printing 17

Hi guys,

Trying to import users,filters and groups from multiple excel templates in Nprinting 17.

for same users in two excels,filters from the 2nd excel template are not applied against the same user.

Any suggestions?

Is it really NPrinting 17.2 as indicated by you in this post label?

If it is then

* that version of NPrinitng is out of support and there is no point looking for solution on that version if it was not supported

* i suggest you upgrade to newer version where you will have more options available (see screenshot from September 2019 version with various highlihted options)
