Issue in the generated ppt report - Sometimes Object missing and legend missing

Hi All,

I am using On-Demand Reporting button to generate Nprinting report in PPTX format. The downloaded ppt is generated with missing legends and objects and the issue is not always with the same chart/slide.

In one download, the object/legend missing and in another download, it is generated without any issues. The issue is not consistent. Below is the screenshot from the generated report.

Nprinting Version used : Qlik NPrinting February 2025 SR4 - Version: 25.5.17.0

Did you try to change the quality settings regarding On-Demand resolution output : Image quality | Qlik NPrinting Help

Thank you for your input.

No we haven't tried that, but here the object itself is getting missed, like I have used page, and the generated slide is showing the object in one slide and not in the other.

What is your Qlik Sense version?

This seems like a rendering issue so we need to make sure you are running supported configuration.

Have you opened support ticket regarding this issue? Looks like you are on currently supported versions so for me this is a no-brainer given that behaviour looks like a bug or maybe there are some webrenderer flags or settings support will suggest you to install. 

 

Also make sure your environment meets ALL requirements:

To be clear - there is no "buts & maybes" in this case. You are either running supported configuration or not and if it is not then that is the first thing to change.

Yes ticket raised by our admin team and they suggested few settings and it is not working either.
