Issue with Nprint failure to attach files

We have Nprint version April 2020 and Qlik Sense February 2022. About 3 weeks ago we were running fine with Nprint sending out emails with attached reports from Qlik Sense, that is no longer working and apparently the issue is related to certificate verification. Below are are the errors we are receiving. Anyone else experienced these errors and how did you address it

Hi, 
typically, you address those things by reading documentation: You strat at https://help.qlik.com then you navigate to Analytics and choose your product being NPrinting and then you search for error you see on screen. Then you get to point where you have everything explained with all errors listed:

Verify connection errors when setting up a connection to Qlik Sense apps | Qlik NPrinting Help

And certificate error can be one of them so you need to all steps and check all details of each error. Start troubleshooting from the first error as following can be just a result of previous errors.

 

Bottom line is - all you need to do is qlik help page and everything is very well documented there.

Hi @MariaK

I will add this since you need to export Qlik Sense certs first and foremost. It seems that this wasn't done yet in your environment.

 

All the red x's you are seeing may go away once you accurately export the Qlik Sense certificates and move them to the NPrinting server. 

Do the following and try the verification again. 

You should at least get past the certificates error and hopefully the others as well. Then follow the help page Lech shared or come back here with your next verification error.

 

Export Certificates from Qlik Sense correctly and copy to your NPrinting server

By the way, April 2020 NPrinting is not supported for use with Qlik Sense Feb. 2022.

The next supported version of NPrinting with QS Feb 2022 is NPrinting May 2021 SR 2 or higher (But we recommend NPrinting May 2022 SR 3 or higher when available)

If you upgraded Qlik Sense recently, that may account for the issue you are seeing.

Fair point @Frank_S  with the versions. If @MariaK had everything running few weeks ago it looks like Qlik Sense was upgraded without consideration regarding NPrinting compatibility, so yes - first thing would be to make sure you run supported configuration.
