Hi,
We are facing a peculiar issue where a MIS report email triggered daily through Nprnting reaches users sometimes and it fails at times for the same user. This happens randomly.
The error message in the log is -
Failed to send email for user 'XXXX XXXX' {8d29394a-d7f7-4c29-9e5d-cfdc4c9eec03}. ERROR: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 52.220.95.193:587
Following versions are leveraged -
Qliksense Feb 23 Patch 4
Nprinting May 22 SR4

It is not NPrinting issue - talk to your network/email/smtp administrator to get this fixed. The error you see is an email server issue, or connectivity to email server issue.

The link posted by support 'NPrinting No Email Will Be Sent or Emails Not Sent error' is not useful as it assumes no emails are being sent, this is a random error. It works today, might not work tomorrow.
Can you elaborate on what the issue was please, as i'm currently trying to troubleshoot the problem.

Please note that two factors authentication is not supported.
Check also the error of the SMTP server.
