Missing Table Objects from Qlikview when Nprinting

I am trying to pull in table objects from Qlikview into an Nprinting Excel template.

I go to table/add objects and the list does not include everything in my Qlikview App, only about 40/70 objects.  Any thoughts?

Are those objects on a hidden sheet? What do they have in common?

You may need to go to 'Sources' in Nprinting and 'Refresh Object List'.
