N PRINTING MAIL

hi team,

i have data like below

NAMEEMAILIDAMOUNT
XYZXYZ@GMAIL.com6
ABCABC@GMAIL.com

1

now i want to send email to individual people with data like xyz having amount 6 and abc having amount 1.

i dont want to create different jobs for two mails and dont want to apply filters.

because email ids are coming from system and it is dynamic.

i have used recipients import to import email id's from system.

i can use filters but it is dynamic and there are almost 20000 email id's.

Please suggest on the above.

Regards

$@M.

Hi, Wallo and Matus are right - you need a recipient filters.

in NPrinitng 17 recipient import is slighltly  different - but help document covers this topic:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/17.3/Content/Recipients&Users/ImportUsersFiltersGroups/Import-...

Hi Sam,

you can also import filters when importing recipients.

Have a look here

Recipient filters is what you want.  You can build the filter string per recipient pretty easily.

Then import using recipient group.  Matus' link will help get you started.
