NPRINTING 17 Engine status offline issue

hi experts..

I have installed NP server, Engine

I have added a new Engine in NP web client as well. It is showing Offline. I restarted the NPrinting  Engine service, service and scheduler then refreshing the Nprinting page

But the end result also shows status as offline

anyone help for solving this issue

Hi Sankar,

Take a look at the engine log for clues. You should find it in %ProgramData%\NPrinting\Logs

Look here to find the possible cause and resolution: Troubleshooting ‒ QlikView NPrinting
