NPRINTING NewsStand Preview as Excel

Hi,

I got a excel report, which contain a lot of fields and rows on single sheet.

I am create a new role, which user is not allow to download the report from NewsStand due to security concern.

But the NewsStand preview function can not show all rows and fields on single page. 

Is there a preview function on NewsStand which allow user to preview Excel report which is read only.

The excel report already disable save as and print function.

Or any better idea how to distribute a confidential excel report which not allow user to download and save, just view only.

Hi,

What do you mean when you say:

News Stand is not a "excel" client so you see it more as a PDF anyway. Why dont you setup printing options for this report as 1 page width and something like A3 format and choose PDF as report format.

If the report width will be 1 page there will be still multiple pages but you will be able to preview them in NewsStand client and they should look goood enough.
