NPrinting 16.4.0 Scheduler not trigger

Hi Friends,

I have Designed report in NPrinting 16.4.0 and my NSQ is scheduled and configured in NPrinting server.

Now NPrinting server running all other NSQs but my NSQ not triggering.

I am using Admin Id and password through which NPrinting is installed and services of QlikView as well as NPrinting running with same credentials.

In Logfile also i can not see that NSQ as it is not triggering

Manually its working good from NPrinting designer

Please help.

does your  NPrinting service account have QlikView license leased?

can you attach server logs?

Also - maybe this is similar case here https://community.qlik.com/message/1468043?et=watches.email.thread#1468043 whicha may be a BUG or similar

There is nothing available in server log as NPrinting server not triggering the job.

‌what version of nprinting server are you running? Is it also 16.4?

We are using 16.2.0.0 SR2 for NPrinting server

16.4.0.0 for NPrinting client

well this is the first thing i would do - I would either upgrade server to 16.4 or upgrade both to the same latest version.

I would make sure that the versions are the same. I assue your other reports were build in version 16.2.0.0 NPrinitng client and therefore they are working.

We will try to upgrade it and keep both server and client as same version and then we will check

Hi Lech,

We had installed NPrinting V 16.7.0.0 on both developer and Server. But now NPrinitng jobs not running and the error in log file is: " Connection error to \hostpath\Application\xxx.qvw; Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion"

Please guide
