I cannot figure out what is wrong with my filters. I have a list of 10 recipient emails and I want each to only receive their relevant information (Filter on a field called CCG). The recipients are all added with the filters for each specified but each recipient receives each multiple reports for each filter. I've tried the filters at the Task and Report levels with no change. What am I missing?
I tried that initially but it didn't work so I tried putting them in one filter. I will keep playing with it. I want the Cardiology recipient to only get the Cardiology report. During testing, I added a couple of filters to make sure it works. There is a cycle on GOVERNING_CCG.
If each recipient is getting a single report, there is no need for the cycle. Try removing that first and see if you get what you're looking for.
I'm using excel and have it set up for Paging on GOVERNING_CCG so I think I do need Cycle. I want each recipient to get a report with only their information.
One of the values in my filter has a space. It appears to be causing issues. [ ] didn't help.
Here is my NSQ. My goal is to get the applicable filtered report to be sent top each recipient. For example, Cardiology only sees the Cardiology tab. I can get it to work when I only have one filter value specified. Anything more does not work correctly.
If someone has more than one filter value, is the intent to:
-have them get a separate Excel file for each CCG
The Cardiology recipient gets a file that ONLY has the Cardiology tab, etc
I don't want the NICU recipient to also get Cardiology.
Each recipient should only have 1 filter - their own CCG.
In that case, remove BOTH the CCG page from the template and the cycle from the report. You only need recipient filters to accomplish this.
