NPrinting 17 - How to get the next execution info

Hi guys,

We are testing NP 17 and we would like to obtain the Next execution info via API or via Webacces.
In NP 16, the scheduler were explicit in the NP Server.
We need to get the next executions info because we cannot be blind for our future tasks.

iknow that the "task executions" could give me the current or last executions status but i need to the the future

I hope everything is clear.

here are the different pics of what i get and what i need

Hi,

The task executions page shows also the queued tasks. You are not seeing them because you have a small workload so all your task are run immediately.

For the visible statuses refer to Task executions ‒ Qlik NPrinting.

Thanks for your answer

will I be able to see future exécutions? If I plan to send a report the week after?

Do I see the different tasks of the day?

The Task Executions page shows only the tasks that are already queued.

To see if a task is planned to be executed, for example, next week the only way it to open the task and check its triggers.

Right now there is not a page or an API that lists next triggers executions.

Ruggero

Hi,

In recent versions there are APIs that retrieve information about tasks and executions but, at the moment, they don't deliver info about next planned execution. I asked to add this information.

The gap feature about the calendar is still a gap feature.

At the moment you can only open the triggers page of each specific task.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
