NPrinting April 2018 - Import task "file extension" error

When importing users with the Qlik xlsx template file, I am getting the following error but should be, as the extension is the right one.  has anyone seen this or know what might be causing it?  Thanks.

Error parsing import data: The extension of file XXXX Report is invalid.

Problem solved.  I got fooled by what the Import Task screen said...or didn't say actually...don't fall for it too. Check out the wording of this Import Task item, it only mentions to enter the path name, but we ALSO must list the file name!!  I just assumed it would pick up whatever file was there, which is not the case...it looks for a path and filename.
