NPrinting Designer preview problem

Hi experts,

I recently installed NPrinting.

Currently I have this 2 error in preview mode in Qlik Nprinting Designer (Qlik Nprinting 17.2 connected with Qlik Sense Enterprise 3.0).

Any suggestions?

Have you tried reloading the meta data in your connection? Ive heard it can be alittle flakey although resolved in 17.3.

The preview timeout may be related to the use of levels in your report try removing them and runing preview to see if it then displays.

Another killer for performance I've found is including other in Limited Lists i.e. top 10.
