Hi @maheshgandem

  1. Version of NPrinting you are using in not officially released to Public so as it is currently under Technical Preview
  2. 9as of 6th February 2024) it is not designed to be used as production version!!! It is BETA testing so it is not supported at the moment!
  3. Other things you can check
    1. Do you use cache warming for qlikview apps - are those pre-loaded on the server?
    2. do you use section access?
      1. if you do you may want to check if all recipients are properly configured in section access

You would NEVER run TP version in PROD environmnet. If you have done that I suggest to roll back to supported version and see if the preblem still exists.

Hi,

Be sure to satisfy all requirements listed in the help site and I agree with @Lech_Miszkiewicz btw this type of intermittent issue suggest me to investigate the license of the QlikView Desktop installed on all computers where you are running the Qlik NPrinting Engine. Be sure you are not using a leased license that sometimes is not available. You must allocate a Named CAL to the user who runs the Qlik NPrinting Engine service or activate a locali license code. Those ways will warranty that when Qlik NPrinting Engine opens the local QlikView Desktop to access the .QWV it will not be a Personal Edition that is not supported.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
