NPrinting Engine status Offline

Hi,

I got Nprinting server,engine and designer installed.

Applied server licenses and tried to add a new engine.

I followed this post NPrinting 17 added Engine in web client remains Offline

and also started all the services but still it remains offline.

Any help on this is much appreciated
