NPrinting Import Task failed

Nprtinting Import Task is failing. Contents of the Log generated are as follows:

Importing filters and recipients for file with path(dummy IP) \\aaa.bb.cc.dd\e$\Nprinting 17.6 Nov\Admin\Excel\Filter0.xlsx

Error parsing import data: You are using an evaluation copy and have opened files exceeding limitation.

Please check file path and file structure: all 3 required worksheets must be present in file.

Hi Anuj,

I believe this is a known issue that sometimes occurs in version 17.6. It was fixed in version February 2018. I suggest you upgrade to the latest version which is currently April 2018.

Thanks Daniel for your inputs.

Restarting Nprinting services helped in our case, temporarily. Restarting services regularly will be required as short term alternative to version upgrade.
