NPrinting Mailing issue

Hello everyone,

Greetings!!

Hope you are doing well!!

Recently we are facing some issues with Qlik NPrinting.

When we manually reload the task ,it's sending mails twice at the same time.

But scheduled task were sending single mails only.

Same in Prod also, it was a scheduled task  and sending mail notifications twice between gap of 15 mins.

Both versions are same in UAT & PROD

Version : May 2022 SR3 22.15.11.0

Kindly advise on the issue.

Regards,

Ricky K

It has been awhile since I've seen this reported. But the last time it was reported, we learned that the customer had 'two' nPrinting servers running. Both running the same database. (NP database was migrated to a separate server in this case)

In that case, when the migration was done, the services were turned off on the original machine, BUT, they were not set to disabled in the windows services panel.

So when the original server was started up again a month later, reports started going out again. So the original and new server were both pushing out the same reports at the same time.

Check this out as this could be the case for you too.

Kind regards...

This used to be an issue when you use the same license on multiple servers - is that the case?
