NPrinting On demand settings

Dear all,

We have an issue regarding the on demand function of Qlik NPrinting November 2017.

We have:

- QlikView Enterprise + publisher TEST server (12.10.20600.0)

- NPrinting TEST server November 2017

We did:

- Install On Demand installation file on the server

- Add NPrinting URL during the installation

- Add nprinting service account to Qlikview administrators group

- Add nprinting service account to Qlikview management API group

- Add QlikView server address to the NPrinting On Demand settings in the NPrinting webconsole

- Add a report with enabled On Demand report generation

But it still does not work.

What did we miss?

- The NPrinting service account is leasing from our QlikView production server

- Some extra settings / ports

- The NPrinting service account is a local machine account

- The button is showing and the pop-up shows up with a connection error
