Hi,
It is ok, but if the report uses data from connection R those two filters have no effects. If you post some screenshots it would be useful.
Add the formula =Getcurrentselection() in the report so you can see the list of applied filters.

Ruggero

Hi,
Please specify the version of Qlik NPrinting you are using. Then add some screenshots of the users and the filters. Thanks.
I think you are using Qlik NPrinting 16.* and you forgot to flag the Verify Filter option.

Hi,
NPrinting Version: Qlik NPrinting April 2018
Version: 18.9.5
I am trying to upload .png but it is not allowing me to do it somehow.
I have attached .PNG.
Can you please check it once if you can open it?
Also one more Question is If I have a same users list with different filters and different connection(Differnet Qlik Apps) will that cause any problem in Distribution?
Becoz the filter which got created upon importing if applied in report level and upon previewing its perfectly working but not on distribution.
Thanks

Hi,
I can see the png. Please check and attache also the logs with the error.
Yes, you can apply to a user filters from many different connections. It is supported. Please be sure that you are generating a report from the same connections of the filter you applied.
Report preview is generated with the developer user filters. Maybe the user of the developer has correct filters but the users you are sending the report have not the filters. Start by checking this.

Ruggero

Hi,
The distribution is successful but without filters this means that filters are not applied. Check that each user has its filters to the right connection, the one used as data source of the sent report.
Logs are documented here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Loggin...
Check also Task Execution page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Monito...

First of all, check the 'rules' in this Filters help page.
This is critical to understanding how to use and make filters work accurately
This alone may help you to solve the issue by better understanding how filters are created, applied in and NP publish task.
I suspect one of two things.
1. The source data is not actually cached in your reload so reload the meta data to ensure that the latest dimension information is cached in the connection. (also check the source data to ensure it is in the source QVW or QVF).
2. You might be trying to use values from the same dimension in different areas.
For example you cannot use France as a User Filter then, Spain as a report or task filter. This will cause an empty set. See Filter rules for details.
