NPrinting Version and Patching upgrade questions

Hi all,

We are wanting to upgrade to May 2021 version of NPrinting and the latest patch.

What is the upgrade order/process please?

Is it that we need to install the initial version of May 2021 first, and then patch 2, and 3?

I am not sure whether simply installing the latest patch would install everything or it needs to be done as NPrinting May 2021 initial version > Patch 1 > Patch 2 > Patch 3. Or can we install NPrinting May 2021 initial version and then straight away only install the latest patch and skip the in-between patch releases.

- Upgrading your Nprinting version you first need to take a backup of your NPrinting database in case anything goes wrong

- You upgrade straight to the latest patch. No need to install the initial release and do incremental patch upgrades. The latest patch will include all the bug fixes from all the previous patches.
