NPrinting job is not running automatically

Hello,

we have a scheduling for NPrinting job and we have the following issues. Manually I can run this job. But when I ran it automatically it gets stuck, while NPrinting service seems to be up. Please see the log:

Service  5/15/2019         7:00:00 AM        Message           Service: event started

Service  5/15/2019         7:00:00 AM        Message           Run Schedule: Schedule_AvgStationReport

Service  5/15/2019         7:00:00 AM        Message           Run Job: jobSendAvgStationRport

Service  5/15/2019         7:00:00 AM        Message           Run Task: SendEmailAvgStationReport

The report is connected to qvw which is located on another server. QV services on this particular server run with different user than NPrinting service. But, as I said manuall it runs successfully. Please advise.

Hi @innashna

When you run manually, you likely are running from a different login account other than the dedicated NP service account.

Try logging on as the dedicated NP service account and try to run the task manually while logged on as the NP service account. If it fails, then there is a problem with the NP service account...for instance, the named QV cal associated with the NP service account may be in use by some other computer because the NP service account 'might' be getting shared with a different NP server. Or possibly the QV cal associated with the NP service has been lost.
