We did a fresh install of NPrinting 17 june release. No problems during installation and configuration, cache was generated withing a couple of minutes, reports created and tasks configured. The setup ran without any problem for a couple of days.
Now, we're getting this error message in the scheduler log:
No executor found for failure in tree transformation service
And the task is stuck at 1% (for 5h now).
Rebooting the nprinting server and restart the task solved the problem.
Does anyone have an idea on what could cause this problem?
Kind regards
Problem did go away without any interaction.
I am seeing this with NP 17.5. Anyone have any info on what this means? Thanks.

Hi Kris,
I believe we had this error due to insufficient resources. We upgraded RAM and since then we didn't had any issues with nprinting. We did notice a cumulative increase in RAM and the system admins do a weekly reboot of the machine to release the RAM.
Thanks for the info. It does seem like we have to reboot the NP machine a lot as well, unfortunately.
