NPrinting report generation keep processing

Hi,

My NPrinting report generation is inconsistent. Sometime can print. Sometimes keep processing. I cannot find any error in the Nprinting log file.

My NPrinting version is 16. Qlikview is 11.20.

What can be the issue?
