NPrinting task and preview report delayed after upgrading to Feb 2018.

Hello Qlik Experts,

We have a problem with NPrinting 18.3 version Upgrade, Previously using 17.6 version.

Created 12 tasks to run every Monday. In the old version, task execution takes less than 10 minutes.
Where as in current version taking more than 45 minutes to execute tasks. Did anyone faced similar issues with Feb 2018 Version.

Also in Designer, report preview delayed when compared to old Version.
Please suggest possible solutions to over this issue.

Hi,

Something else is changed in your installation. We always test Qlik NPrinting performances before to release a new version and we compare them with previous version so we are sure that there are not degrade.

Open a support ticket to let to the support guys to deeper investigate your issue.

I have similar issue with one of my clients. Reports are taking a little bit longer (but noticeably longer) to generate. Luckily we can afford longer generation time but ultimately issue is there.
