NPrinting transparent chart background

I have a Bar Chart in my QlikView application with a transparent background. But when I use NPrinting, PowerPoint template, and add the chart as an image it loses its transparency.

Are there any workarounds?

Can you share some sample image of your bar chart if possible?

Hi Stephanie,

When QlikView Objects are exported as images, background transparency is not retained. You can test this without involving NPrinting. Perhaps you can recreate your chart in PowerPoint or PixelPerfect? Take a look at these discussions:

But then I can't use NPrinting to send reports out each month?

No you can recreate your chart in NPrinting's PowerPoint or PixcelPerfect template and send the reports each month.
